**1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT**
* All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within **1 business day** (excluding weekends and public holidays).
* Once your package has been processed and handed over to our logistics partner (**LogisticsFF**), you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure tracking number.

**2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES**
We offer worldwide shipping directly from our distribution hub. Delivery times are estimated below:
* **Orders Over $200 USD**: **FREE Worldwide Express Shipping** (12-21 business days delivery).
* **Orders Under $200 USD**: Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout (usually 12-21 business days delivery).
*Please note: Estimated delivery windows do not include customs clearance delays, which are outside of our control.*

**3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES**
* Unless customs duties are explicitly calculated and paid at checkout, international orders are shipped **DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)**.
* This means that import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees may be collected by your local customs office or courier before delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
* We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated tax rates before placing an order.

**4. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES**
* Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details at checkout.
* The Outer Realm is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or packages returned to us as undeliverable due to failure to pay local customs fees.
* If a package is returned to us, any additional shipping charges to resend the package will be billed to the customer.

**5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS**
* Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
* In the rare event that your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us immediately at **support@outerrealmshop.com** within **7 days of delivery** so we can initiate an inquiry and coordinate a resolution with the carrier.
