Your order is not accepted until The Outer Realm confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as The Outer Realm may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
**Return & Refund Policy:** Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our return guidelines:
1. Standard returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original, uncompromised packaging.
2. Defective or damaged items must be reported to support@outerrealmshop.com within 7 days of delivery to qualify for an immediate replacement or refund.
3. Sale, archive, or custom items are final sale and not eligible for return.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
